A scar encircling her left thigh (cut off in Pandora game).

Other For people who can see these sorts of things, Polka gives off a bright- as in literally shining- aura from her heart.

After she regains her magic Regained as of day 196: That aura will be even brighter, annnd if you can sense magic, she has it!! Also if you can detect a person's state of health, she's terminally ill, though the cause doesn't seem to be physically traceable.
